Chris Cieslak - Founder
A graduate of both McQuaid Jesuit High School and Babson College, Chris began his career in commercial lending and finance at both small and large banking institutions. It was during this time that he developed a strong passion for real estate investing and utilized his financial skill set to pursue those entrepreneurial endeavors full time and grow the Jettison team.
Daniel Brady, CPA - Founder
After attending Massachusetts Institute of Technology and SUNY Geneseo, Dan began his career in public accounting with the Bonadio Group before ultimately transferring over to become the Chief Financial Officer at a larger private manufacturing company. Born and raised in Rochester, NY, Dan developed a strong desire for value-add investment real estate opportunities at a young age and integrated those desires with foundational financial principles to help further propel growth for the Jettison team.
Nick Failing - Director of Operations
Becoming the second-youngest branch manager in Citizens Bank history and establishing deep roots in the Rochester community, Nick brought his banking and managerial background to further bolster all operational facets of the Jettison team.
Marissa Dugan, CPA - Controller
After receiving both her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Accounting from St. John Fisher College, Marissa began her career in public accounting at Insero. It is there that she was exposed to multiple industries and many companies and gained an appreciation for effective corporate structures. Marissa ultimately took her accounting and management skills to help lead all accounting and reporting directives of the Jettison team.
Arianna Torpey - Director of Marketing & Leasing
A graduate from Nazareth College, where she played lacrosse and majored in communications and media, Arianna continues her competitive drive in collaboration with her marketing skillset to help lead all leasing and marketing initiatives for the Jettison team. Arianna is going on her seventh year at Jettison!
Derek Olney - Accounting Manager
Born and raised in Rochester, NY, Derek remained in the Rochester region for both his undergraduate and graduate degrees in Accounting from St. John Fisher College. Having grown up in a construction family, Derek combines both his passions for real estate and accounting/finance in his role at the Jettison team.
TJ Vay - Staff Accountant
Born and raised in Rochester NY, TJ attended St. John Fisher University, where he earned both undergraduate and master’s degrees in accounting, along with a minor in economics. TJ’s passion for accounting was sparked while working with his family’s small business, where he played a key role in managing the accounting side of operations. With a strong foundation in accounting and a commitment to delivering exceptional service, TJ brings expertise and enthusiasm to the work at Jettison.
Eli Chalmers- Property Manager
Eli is a seasoned real estate and sales professional with deep roots in the Rochester, New York area, where he has lived his entire life. With a strong understanding of the local market and a natural ability to connect with people, he has built a reputation for delivering results and fostering lasting relationships. Eli combines his industry knowledge with a client-focused approach, helping individuals and families navigate their real estate goals with confidence!
Jessi Salvage- Property Manager
Jessie Salvage is a dedicated mom of three boys. Born and raised in Cayuga, NY, just outside Auburn, Jessie has deep roots in the community where she currently resides. Jessie has a MBA in Management from SUNY Empire State College, along with an advanced HR certification. Jessie began her real estate career in 2014 and became an Associate Real Estate Broker in 2016. Four years ago, she transitioned to property management, allowing her to continue pursuing her passion while staying present for her active family. In addition to her professional achievements, Jessie has a fun and hidden talent—she’s a closeted songwriter.
Erik Kleehammer - Property Manager
Graduating from SUNY Brockport in 2014 with a major in Business Management, Erik brings in the skills that are needed to manage our Student Housing in Geneseo and Alfred NY. Erik strives to put the needs of the students at SUNY Geneseo, SUNY Alfred and Alfred University first! Erik is a great addition to the Jettison team!
